Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, all services are delivered according to the approved project scope.

Any quotation, proposal, estimate, or consultation provided by SNK DEVWORKS is intended solely for the client to whom it is issued.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Quotations are valid only for the period specified within the quotation.
• Pricing may change after the validity period expires.
• Project commencement is subject to written approval and receipt of the agreed advance payment.
• Any work requested outside the approved scope may require a revised quotation.
• Estimates for timelines and costs are based on the information available at the time of preparation.

A project is considered officially confirmed only after: Acceptance of the quotation or proposal; Agreement to the applicable commercial terms; and Receipt of the agreed initial payment.

SNK DEVWORKS reserves the right to decline any project request at its sole discretion.

Successful project delivery depends upon timely collaboration between the Client and SNK DEVWORKS.

The Client agrees to:

• Provide complete and accurate project requirements.
• Supply necessary text, images, branding assets, and other content.
• Ensure that all provided content is owned or properly licensed.
• Review submitted work within a reasonable timeframe.
• Provide timely approvals and feedback.
• Maintain open communication throughout the project.
• Pay invoices according to the agreed payment schedule.
• Cooperate with reasonable requests necessary for project completion.

Delays caused by missing information, delayed approvals, or changes in requirements may affect the agreed delivery schedule without constituting a breach by SNK DEVWORKS.

Project timelines are estimated based on the approved scope of work, project complexity, availability of required resources, and timely cooperation from the Client.

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Development begins after receipt of the agreed advance payment.
• Timelines may be revised if the project scope changes.
• Client-requested revisions may extend delivery dates.
• Delays in providing content, approvals, credentials, or feedback may result in corresponding timeline extensions.
• Third-party service delays (such as hosting providers, payment gateways, domain registrars, or external APIs) are outside our reasonable control.

A project will generally be considered delivered when the agreed solution has been deployed, made accessible to the Client, or otherwise delivered in accordance with the approved project scope.

Fees for our services are specified in the applicable quotation, proposal, invoice, or service agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed:

• An advance payment is required before work begins.
• Remaining payments are due according to the agreed payment schedule.
• Invoices must be paid by the specified due date.
• Applicable taxes, if any, shall be charged in accordance with Indian law.
• Late payments may result in suspension of development, hosting, maintenance, support, or project access until outstanding balances are cleared.

Failure to make payments does not transfer ownership of any software, designs, or deliverables to the Client until all applicable fees have been paid, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

SNK DEVWORKS invests significant time, expertise, and technical resources into every project from the moment work begins.

Accordingly:

• Advance payments are generally non-refundable once project work has commenced.
• If a Client cancels a project after development has started, SNK DEVWORKS may retain payments corresponding to work completed up to the cancellation date.
• Any completed milestones or outstanding payments due under the agreed payment schedule remain payable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing.
• Any mutually agreed refund will be processed using the original payment method where reasonably practicable.

If SNK DEVWORKS is unable to continue providing services due to circumstances within our reasonable control before substantial work has commenced, we may, at our discretion, provide an appropriate refund or mutually agreed alternative solution.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

SNK DEVWORKS aims to deliver solutions that meet the agreed project requirements. Any revisions included within a project shall be governed by the approved proposal, quotation, or project scope.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Revisions are limited to the scope defined in the approved project documentation.
• Requests that introduce new features, redesign existing functionality, or significantly modify previously approved work shall be considered Change Requests.
• Change Requests may require additional charges, revised timelines, or a separate quotation before implementation.
• Development of Change Requests will commence only after written approval from the Client.
• Delays caused by pending approvals for Change Requests may affect the overall project delivery schedule.

To ensure efficient project execution, Clients are encouraged to provide consolidated feedback rather than multiple fragmented revision requests.

Depending on the selected service package, SNK DEVWORKS may assist with hosting, domain registration, email configuration, cloud deployment, payment gateway integration, analytics setup, or other third-party services.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise:

• Third-party services remain subject to their respective providers' terms, pricing, availability, and policies.
• Clients are responsible for maintaining active subscriptions, renewals, and payments for third-party services unless SNK DEVWORKS has agreed to manage them.
• SNK DEVWORKS is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, service interruptions, security incidents, policy changes, or discontinuation of third-party platforms.
• Where hosting is managed by SNK DEVWORKS, reasonable efforts will be made to maintain uptime, performance, backups, and security; however, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
• Domain names, SSL certificates, payment gateways, cloud infrastructure, email providers, and external APIs remain subject to the operational policies of their respective providers.

Our responsibility extends only to the services specifically agreed upon within the approved project scope.

All intellectual property rights relating to SNK DEVWORKS, including our website, branding, visual identity, software architecture, proprietary frameworks, reusable components, development methodologies, documentation, graphics, and original content, remain the exclusive property of SNK DEVWORKS unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

For client projects:

• Clients retain ownership of content, trademarks, logos, documents, images, videos, and business information they provide.
• Upon full payment of all applicable fees, Clients receive the agreed rights to use the completed deliverables as specified in the project agreement.
• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, SNK DEVWORKS retains ownership of proprietary source code, reusable libraries, internal development tools, templates, frameworks, utilities, automation systems, and development methodologies used to create the project.
• Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of SNK DEVWORKS' proprietary intellectual property.

Clients may not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit proprietary components owned by SNK DEVWORKS without prior written permission.

SNK DEVWORKS respects the confidentiality of our Clients and understands that many projects involve sensitive business information.

During the course of providing our services, both parties may exchange confidential information, including but not limited to:

• Business strategies
• Customer information
• Technical documentation
• Software specifications
• Login credentials
• API keys
• Financial information
• Product concepts
• Internal workflows

Both parties agree to:

• Use confidential information solely for the purposes of completing the project.
• Take reasonable measures to protect confidential information.

This obligation does not apply to information that is already publicly available, independently developed, or lawfully obtained from another source.

SNK DEVWORKS develops and integrates Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), workflow automation, and intelligent business solutions for various industries.

Where AI-powered functionality is included:

• AI-generated outputs are intended to assist users and should be reviewed before making important business, legal, financial, or medical decisions.

• Clients remain responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving AI-generated content or recommendations before use.

Where applicable:

• Open-source components remain governed by their respective licenses.
• Clients agree to comply with the applicable open-source license requirements.
• Ownership of open-source software remains with its original authors and contributors.
• SNK DEVWORKS does not claim ownership of third-party open-source projects.
• Updates, support, or continued availability of open-source software depend on the respective communities or maintainers.

Whenever reasonably practical, we select widely adopted and actively maintained technologies for long-term reliability.

Maintenance and technical support are provided only where included within the approved quotation, service agreement, subscription, or maintenance plan.

Support services may include:

• Bug fixes

• Minor technical adjustments
• Server monitoring

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Support does not include new feature development, redesigns, additional integrations, or significant functional changes.
• Requests outside the agreed maintenance scope may require a separate quotation.

SNK DEVWORKS reserves the right to modify maintenance procedures or support offerings while honoring active contractual commitments.
